The purpose of this meeting is to discuss in a friendly
atmosphere various aspects of physics of quantum information processing.
The workshop will be focused specifically on investigation
of the problem
"Bounds on optimal manipulations with quantum information"
The idea is to have
just 4 lectures a day with lot of time for informal
discussions. The ultimate goal of the workshop is to clearly
identify physical limits on manipulation with quantum
information.
This workshop is
sponsored by the European Science Foundation.
