Accomodation:
The review meeting will be held in the Hotel Danube in Bratislava (see bellow). You
are responsible for making your own reservation. When booking accomodation you must
quote "IST conference". Room prices are 135 € per night (inclusive breakfast
and taxes).
For those on a lower budget, 20 rooms have been booked in a university guesthouse
"Hostel Družba". Room prices are 25 € per night - with no breakfast. The
questhouse is four tram stops from the Hotel Danube.
Acomodation at the guesthouse can be only reserved through this web site and is allocated on a first come,
first served basis. Payment for guesthouse accomodation is cash on arrival.

GETTING TO BRATISLAVA
♣ By air
to Vienna Airport (Swechat) - roughly 50 km from the City centre.
There is a direct bus connection between the Swechat Airport and Bratislava
Bus Station. The journey takes roughly one hour, but it depends
on the traffic at the Slovak - Austrian borders.

to Bratislava Airport - roughly 10 km from the City centre. Bus number
61 (public transport) takes you to Main Railway Station (last stop).
It lasts about 30 minutes. See timetables.

to Main Railway Station - near the City centre.
to Petržalka Railway Station - Take the bus number 82
to Main Railway Station (last stop). See timetables.
♣ By bus
to Main Bus Station (Nivy) - near the City centre. The trolleybus number 210
plies between Bus Station and Main Railway Station (cca 10 min).

From Hostel Družba to Conference Site (Hotel Danube)
Basicly Hotel Danube is in walking distance from the Hostel. It takes
approximately 30 minutes by walk along the River Danube. There is a tram connection
(numbers 1,4,12) between the stops Botanická (near Hostel Družba)
and Nový most (close to Hotel Danube). It lasts about 5 minutes.
